Yoga Therapy offers and individualised approach to yoga.  Taking the tools from an ancient practice, combined with modern scientific knowledge, there are many health issues yoga therapy can help with.  I work with neurodegenerative disease, burnout, cancer, chronic pain and auto immune conditions.

Hi I’m Fay, yoga enthusiast, student, teacher, soon to be yoga therapist and dog lover.  I’ve been practicing yoga for over a decade and feel very lucky I get to share it in so many different places, and with so many people.  I offer bespoke classes, retreats, weekly classes and yoga in schools.  My mission: that we can ALL feel the benefits of yoga once, twice or as a way of life.

Yoga classes

Weekly classes in Vinyasa and Pregnancy Yoga are held at Calm on Canning Street and North Merchiston Club.  These classes are open to all and are kept at a limited number so you have space to move and enjoy

Yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy works in a different way to a yoga class.  It is a much more individual approach, done 1-1 and designed to help you by taking the tools and parts of yoga that you want to do, and are helpful for you personally.
